The power of illustration to communicate complex ideas

I am a freelance illustrator, specialising in isometric illustrations, infographics and vector illustrations. To make these illustrations I use Adobe Illustrator. As freelance graphic designer Bristol, the method I use is simple: I usually read the whole brief I am given just to have a rough idea of the subject. Then I dig out the concept, section by section, and try to figure it out as an image. Illustration is a method of communicating with images, whether it be a story, a message or a feeling. Using art and words together helps explain or clarify otherwise difficult or complicated ideas. Illustration gives a sense of personality to words, adding appeal, charm, humour, and a more human touch to otherwise bland material. If you want to know more about it, contact me.
